Many communities view rehabilitation garden programs as integral elements of proactive crime prevention. They offer former offenders and at-risk youth critical job training and education, counseling and assistance. In addition, participants learn to work cooperatively, become stewards of the environment, and make a positive contribution to their community by growing food for others.
We currently have one rehabilitation garden project available for adoption:
The Garden Project in San Francisco. Learn more about this program.
If you are interested in registering a rehabilitation garden for adoption, please send us an e-mail describing your program.
